These terms govern your use of services provided by A.T.L. Agricultural Technology Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Provision of Services

A.T.L. Agricultural Technology Limited provides agricultural technology services as described in the applicable proposal, quotation, or statement of work.

2. Deployment Timelines

We aim to meet agreed timelines, but all dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays caused by third-party systems, access restrictions, or changes in scope may affect delivery schedules.

3. Fees & Payments

Clients agree to pay all service fees in line with the applicable quotation or agreement. Any third-party costs, software subscriptions, or hardware expenses remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Authorization

Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant sites, facilities, systems, and project contacts needed to deliver services effectively.

5. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate services according to the notice period defined in the governing agreement. On termination, completed deliverables are provided subject to settlement of outstanding fees.
